Cecilia's Financial Awakening

My name is Cecilia Oswald Lyimo ,a member of the Tujikomboe group in Marangu.

Before joining the program, I struggled with financial discipline. I owned two businesses; a retail shop and a poultry farm, but I never accounted for them separately. It was challenging to understand how each business was performing financially, and I always felt overwhelmed.

Since participating to the Buzz Women program everything has changed. The knowledge I gained has opened my mind to the importance of financial discipline.

Now, I diligently track the income and expenses of each business separately. I can easily see how much I generate from my retail shop versus my poultry farm, which has empowered me to make informed decisions.

Thanks to the Buzz Qomen, I feel more confident in my financial management skills. I can now plan better for the future of my businesses and I’m excited to see where this journey will take me next!
